Anusara-inspired Yoga with Sarah at FIXE Self Center in Hinsdale!
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15am-10:45am
Both classes are All Levels, but the practice will challenge you (in a good way) regardless of your yoga experience!
Drop-ins are $16 and there are 10 and 20 class passes with a discounted rate
Bring change for the meter! (Pay the parking meter for more than 2 hours because sometimes we go a little longer in these classes).
Enjoy some complementary tea in the beautiful boutique after class!
