Frank James Naugo Jr. (aka the Love of my Life) is a beautiful spirit who runs an awesome program for adult men called "the Tribe." The Tribe is an expanding tapestry of desires, values, consciousness, spirituality, and vulnerability. This community incorporates reason, emotion, intuition, body, and spirit… and different men bring different proportionate mixes of these. One thing that tribesmen have in common is that, before each of them came to the Tribe, they had, not only a yearning, but a prior demonstrated commitment to working on themselves... learning how to better understand the dynamics of being a man in the world today. Frank works as an Engineer and he also volunteers as a tutor for underprivileged, inner-city kids. He has been studying and practicing yoga since 1998 (primarily Anusara) and began teaching in 2009.  Frank enjoys bird watching, AcroYoga-ing with his Love, and hiking in the woody bush with our three chihuahuas.
