About Immersions I, II & III: The Anusara Yoga Immersion program is a 100 hour training designed for the enthusiastic student who wishes to delve into the practice of Anusara Yoga and learn more in-depth information about the full spectrum of life-changing possibilities that Anusara Yoga has to offer.  It is also the first step towards Anusara Yoga certification.  In this comprehensive training, students will study every aspect of Anusara Yoga in detail. This includes all asanas from the Level 1 and 2 syllabi, yoga philosophy, all components of the biomechanics and the opportunity to be with great, like-minded company.  Once you have successfully finished all three parts of the 100 hour Immersion, you will receive a signed certificate of completion.

About Teacher Trainings I, II & III:  The Anusara Yoga Teacher Training program is a 100 hour training designed for those who wish to teach Anusara yoga, those who are already yoga teachers who want to learn more about Anusara, and anyone else who is simply inspired to continue learning after completing the 100hr Immersion program. This training explores the essential Anusara teaching methodologies.  Every aspect of teaching Anusara Yoga is practiced in a safe and supportive environment to help each teacher trainee flourish and soar to new heights in their teaching.

Prerequisite: Completion of a 100-hour Anusara Immersion program. Completing both the Immersion and Teacher Training programs will fulfill the requirements for the 200-hour Certification with Yoga Alliance. The hours you accrue are credited toward Anusara Yoga certification.  Once you complete all of your work and demonstrate that you have integrated the Anusara teachings you will be certified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher.

Prerequisites:
*100 Anusara Immersion hours with a certified Anusara Yoga Teacher
* At least 2 years of hatha yoga (physical practice)
* Completion of online application (see link below)

Times for each 5-Day Module (Elmhurst):
Wed. 5pm-9pm
Thurs. 10am-3:30pm
Fri. 11am-8:30pm
Sat. 12:30pm-7:30pm
Sun. 9am-5pm

Cost of Program:
Individual 5-Day (34hr) Modules: $700 per session***

You can attend certain parts of this training instead of the entire program if you wish***

Sarah Starnes will be teaching most of the contact hours during the course of the training, with a couple of opportunities for the students to learn from well qualified, guest teachers/assistants.

Please purchase all required books before the start date of class, but you don't need to bring all of your books to the first day of the immersion, just your Anusara Teacher Training Manual.  You will be instructed when you will need to bring certain books during your Immersion

Students must attend 100 contact hours in all three Immersions to receive a certificate of completion.  Students must attend 100 contact hours in all three Teacher Trainings to receive a certificate of completion.  If a student attends all six phases of the program, they will be certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor at the 200hr level and will have completed most of the requirements to become Anusara-inspired. 

**All payments must be received 1 week BEFORE you attend each session.  Refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee and requre a 7-day advance notice before the purchased program is scheduled to begin.  No refunds will be given after 7 days before the start date of any program.
