About 100hr Yoga Intensive Program: The 100hr Yoga Intensive program is a 100 hour training designed for the enthusiastic student who wishes to delve into the practice of Yoga and learn more in-depth information about the full spectrum of life-changing possibilities that Yoga has to offer.  It is also the first step towards 200hr Hatha Yoga Teaching certification with Sarah.  In this comprehensive training, students will study every aspect of Yoga in detail. This includes beginning, intermediate and advanced asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, with an emphasis on all components of the biomechanics of a balanced and healthy yoga practice and the opportunity to be with great, like-minded company.  Once you have successfully finished all three parts of the 100 hour Intensive, you will receive a signed certificate of completion.

About 100hr Level 1 Teacher Training:  The Level 1 Teacher Training program is a 100 hour training designed for those who wish to teach Yoga, those who are already yoga teachers who want to learn more about teaching, and anyone else who is simply inspired to continue learning after completing the 100hr Intensive program. This training explores essential teaching methodologies.  Every important aspect of teaching Yoga is practiced in a safe and supportive environment to help each teacher trainee flourish and soar to new heights in their teaching.

Prerequisite: Completion of a 100-hour Yoga Intensive program or a 100hr Anusara Immersion. Completing both the Intensive and Teacher Training programs will fulfill the requirements for the 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.  Once you complete all of your work and demonstrate that you have integrated the teachings you will be certified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher.

Prerequisites for Yoga Intensive Program:
* At least 2 years of hatha yoga (physical practice)

Prerequisites for Level 1 Teacher Training:
*100hr Yoga Intensive Program with Sarah or 100hr Anusara Immersion with any Anusara teacher
* At least 2 years of hatha yoga (physical practice)

**Completion of 100 Intensive hours is required with Sarah (or equivalent) to enroll in the Level 1 Teacher Training.**

Sarah Starnes will be teaching most of the contact hours during the course of the training, with a couple of opportunities for the students to learn from well qualified, guest teachers/assistants.

Students must attend at least 75% of the contact hours during the Intensive to receive a certificate of completion.  Students must attend 75% of the contact hours during the Level 1 Teacher Training to receive a certificate of completion (opportunities for making up missed hours in both segments of the training will be offered).  If a student attends at least 75% of the entire 200hr training, and completes the make-up work assigned by Sarah, they will be certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor at the 200hr level. 

**All payments must be received 1 week BEFORE the start date of the training.  Refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee and requre a 7-day advance notice before the purchased program is scheduled to begin.  No refunds will be given after 7 days before the start date of any program.
